Katie Luigs is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at Digestive Care Center.  She is responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide variety of digestive diseases by using lab tests, imaging and procedures to identify the source of the problem.  Then she works with the patient to determine the best treatment plan.   Whether a patient has a life-threatening illness or a problem that can easily be treated, Katie’s end goal is always the same – do whatever she can to help her patients feel better.

Katie grew up in Washington, and now lives in Evansville.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and trying out new restaurants.
