Dr. Kozak specializes in digestive health and advanced endoscopic procedures. He earned his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University and went on to complete both his residency and fellowship at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, Illinois.
His clinical expertise includes EGD, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, ERCP, and the treatment of liver disease. Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Kozak values maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time with his family. Outside of his medical practice, he enjoys walking, working out, and playing tennis.
