Yogurt Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 2 granny smith apples
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- ¼ cup raisins or Craisins
- 6 oz low fat, vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Chop apples into bite sized chunks and toss in lemon juice. Combine all other ingredients into large bowl and refrigerate.
Serves 6.
