Very Berry Smoothies

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low fat kefir
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. If it gets too thick add 1 Tbsp. of water. Pour and enjoy. Makes 1 Serving.
